On Thursday morning around 10:00 am Joseph Andrew Stack III deliberately and intentionally flew his personal airplane into the Echelon building at the 9400 block of Reserach Blvd. in Austin. At this time the attack appears to be based on Stack’s ire with the Internal Revenue Service. Around the same time Stack set his Georgetown home on fire.
